    Two weeks before departure
  • Cancellations?
    Balance refundable if within two (2) weeks of departure date.  If cancellation occurs within 5 days of departure,  no refund.
  • Over the road problems?
    A network exists to handle unforeseen problems and will depend on circumstances, however, customer safety and comfort will be considered first.
  • Installment payments?
    Yes, when approved by office personnel
  • Method of payment?
    Cash, Major credit card, Wire transfer, personal check (personal check not accepted within 5 business days of departure date unless cleared by office personnel)
  • Driver room accommodations?

  • Tolls?
    Will be figured into quote,  if customer so requests
  • Parking?
    Customer responsibility
  • Gratuities?
    Not required, but you may, if drivers performs to your expectations.
